For the moment we try to design the Vision, Mission and Values which will be reflected into and supported by the Governance structure

• Quorum threshold of token holders (e.g. x% of n-voters, x% of n-positive voters of y% of total voters, etc)
• 0 quorum but relative majority of votes of token holders that participate at the specific decision making
