Voting or adding a new proposal takes place on Snapshot. You will need to be a Citizen (owning an NFT) to do either of them.

Here are some guidelines when proposing a new motion:

1. Always discuss your motion in the Discord before posting, to gauge interest. The appropriate channel is #proposal-discussion. Maybe there is not a need for people to vote on this subject or the subject is not fleshed out yet. Voting requires the attention of the DAO and we shouldn’t divert resources for no reason
2. Don’t resubmit your proposal unless you have talked with the community in one of the community calls.
3. You need to rally for your proposal. Putting a proposal doesn’t mean that everyone will see
4. Include who is the lead for this proposal, a break-down of the budget and analysis on how this will benefit the DAO (in revenue, marketing, branding etc)
5. Include a timeline of deliverables and deadlines
6. Include any servers or services that you might need and their cost
